Is this actually Kandinksy 2.1?

Installed on Automatic1111. Renders, but, well, not great.
None of the above models is file-named Kandinsky-2.1.
Renders have washed out colors and only a basic look that isn't nearly approaching what's posted on youtube ostensibly by Kandinsky 2.1. Missing yaml file?

I'd rather not install a whole new venv. How can I make this work like advertised?
I've played with all the other dreamlike models. This one is simply not on par with the others. What am I missing?
This is just the official kandisnsky 2.1 files converted to safetensors, that's it. Don't think I can't help you
