The context length does not match

As I understand it, this model is fine-tuned from the vinai/phobert-base-v2 model, and has a context length of 256. However, according to the information on the model card, the context length when you fine-tuned is 512. Could this have any impact?
Moreover, could you evaluate this model on my Legal domain dev set and use metric is Recall@1,5,10,20,100, please?
