I'm the owner of the model, it's published here: https://github.com/tjiho/French-tts-model-piper
It's nice to see it being used. But the license file is missing.

I just copied the LICENSE from https://github.com/tjiho/French-tts-model-piper/blob/main/LICENSE
Also, model2 and model3 are also updated to include the LICENSE file.
