Inference Code Examples
Could you please provide example inference code for this model? I have been having trouble getting the conda environment and the Dockerfile to work from the GitHub for MoleculeSTM, and it would be amazing to have a few examples of how to use the HuggingFace version of this model. This would also be great to have for ProteinDT.

Sure, let me check how to add such examples on HF. I am still learning to play around with HF :)

I also have the codes/checkpoints ready for ProteinDT, and I can show you how to use it if you email me.
