When running the sample from the model card or the example_inference.py, I receive a KeyError: 'in_ch' and config appears to be {}.

hardcoding the in_ch and out_ch or manually setting the config seems to work however

        in_ch=3 #config["in_ch"]
        out_ch=1 #config["out_ch"]

Am I missing a step or is there some prereq I'm not doing?

Will be fixed by https://huggingface.co/briaai/RMBG-1.4/discussions/19. Thanks for the report!

Now fixed!

Works for me!
