Copyright notice of Medical-NER model

Hi there,
I am filing LLM license approval for this model which requests copyright information about usage of this model.
This is the text that says "Copyright (C) 20xx OwnerOfCode Inc", and is required in order to provide valid attributions.
To find the copyright notices, I look in the README file, as well as in files that may have names like COPYING, LEGAL, NOTICE, PATENTS, or other .txt files. I didn't find any corresponding file that contains such information. Could you point me to the right link to where Copyright notice is specified?
