Unable to download pytorch_model.bin to local

Hi Guys,
I am unable to download the file. Can you please help me with any other way? By clicking the download arrow, there is no sign of it getting downloaded.

It should work now, can you retry? if it's still not working what browser are you using?

where is the download button? i am a newbird,i can't find it
in Files and versions and then click on the small arrows next to file sizes
