yes, this is due to ct2 not setting is_multilingual, this pr fixes https://github.com/OpenNMT/CTranslate2/pull/1530
trying to update & reconvert
fyi language detection doesn't work until this is fixed (defaults to eng) but it should work if you manually specify languages
