Information on casing/uncasing in config.json

Hi,
I'm facing the problem that when I try to use the scibert_scivocab_cased or scibert_scivocab_uncased there is no information about the low_case. It shoudl be something like "do_lower_case: True/False" in the configuration file.
What's the typical use case? Do you just hardcode such parameter or I'm overlooking something?
