Sberbank is one of the main Russian banks, a sponsor of the terror in Ukraine and is sanctioned internationally: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/russia-sanctions-guidance/russia-sanctions-guidance
An account called sberbank-ai should not be allowed to be used and participate in international organisations, which value freedom and human rights. This is in addition to security risks, considering the history of international cybercrime continuously perpetrated by Russia.
The only way Russian residents should be allowed to participate in international organisation is by complete disassociation from Russian state-sponsored organisations (such as sberbank) and explicit and unequivocal condemnation of Russian invasion of Ukraine.
