How to merge this package to base model, get a chat model?

Failed to use convert_lora_to_ggml.py and export_lora, seems doesn't support adapter_model.safetensors format.
Maybe you can use this and use export_model.py to merge it into base model. Remember, you should copy tokenizer.json and other jsons to the new path.
