Is this model commercially usable?

I can see there is the MIT license on the original model, but I just want to make sure if there are any gray areas to doing so -- maybe the dataset it is trained on is not commercially usable (ChatGPT generated dataset?)

@AayushShah well, I mean they can’t really do anything to you even if you use it for commercial purposes. People probably are but it won’t even matter since openai won’t really notice and there’s not really a law saying that chatgpt outputs can’t be used for commercial purposes.
Basically you could still use it
But I’m not a lawyer so don’t trust me
