Weird responses from the LLM

I am using the model well but recently after working with my code, I have been having this issue where the model outputs things like this:
'I ! #$ ⁇
Am I missing a dependency or something? Changing the context did absolutely nothing at all.
ps: I did reinstall this instance of the model on a new cloud server so maybe something messed up in doing the transportation?
