I ran all the code to install TheBloke/Synthia. Now how do I interact with it? Can someone please provide me with the code that I need to paste into Terminal in order to talk to it? I have already installed ollama if that helps.

You do not need to code anything, if you want to use a GGUF model, I would recommend you install Kobold CPP @ https://github.com/LostRuins/koboldcpp.
since you're new this stuff, I also suggest you start with some sort of pre-packaged GUI. https://github.com/oobabooga/text-generation-webui is also really popular and simple to use.
