Same file between libth_transformer_sm70_cu11.so and libth_transformer_sm70_cu12.so

It seems that libth_transformer_sm70_cu11.so and libth_transformer_sm70_cu12.so are the same. As I test and I guess that libth_transformer_sm70_cu11.so is the wrong file. Please check about it, thanks!
