Awesome! Could you explain or make some tutorial on how you trained and merged these models?

I'm trying to create an app that generates the spritesheet from an initial frame provided as input, I'm using your model as base. I want to make some experiments and I would be glad if you can detail on how you got this model as result.

Agree, that would be very interesting

Agreed. This is a very impressive accomplishment.

I try to do something similar every now and again for sprites that look like they belong to RPGMaker, but I've had little success. Even a hint would be appreciated.

Sorry all, I've been very busy and unfortunately I lost almost all of my work on this project in an unfortunate storage and backup storage upgrade accident a few months ago. I have a little more time over the next 2 months and I will finally put together a guide and V2. What level of detail are you three interested in? would you want a step-by-step guide including code for data preprocessing ect, or just a high-level guide with less specific detail but easier for non-experts to understand? I can try to shoot for a middle ground and do a low-level guide and have gpt write the high-level guide. What do you think?

Edited: I changed this from 2 weeks to 2 months as I've had much less time to work on it than I previously thought I would.

Looking forward for the tutorial!

You're offering to create a useful guide for free. I'm not going to be too picky as to how much effort you choose to put into it.

The only thing I'd ask you to consider is maybe make it a video tutorial. That's a lot of effort, so don't feel obligated. I ask because my eyes are starting to go, and it's easier to listen and observe rather than try to read, but I can make do with anything :)

I'm interested in using this model and potentially improving upon it, would love a beginner's tutorial on how to get started and the key things we should be aware of (ie training it, merging models, etc) - basically just using the assumption this would be a developer's first time using a custom model like this
