# Nakshatra License Agreement (Version 1.0)

This Nakshatra License Agreement (the “License”) governs the use of the Nakshatra model (the “Work”). By using the Work, you agree to the terms of this License.

## 1. Grant of Rights

Subject to the conditions set forth in this License, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify the Work, subject to the following conditions:

### 1.1. Attribution

You must provide appropriate credit to the original author, Abhay Koul, and link to this License. You must include the following attribution statement in any distribution or modification of the Work:

> "This Work is based on the Nakshatra Model, developed by Abhay Koul."

### 1.2. Non-Use of Branding

You may not use the Nakshatra branding, logos, or associated trademarks without explicit permission from the author.

### 1.3. No Warranty

The Work is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

### 1.4. Liability Limitation

In no event shall the author or contributors be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the Work.

The Work may not be used to promote or engage in harmful, malicious, or unethical activities. Any use that harms individuals, promotes violence, or violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
