fp16 safetensors and bigger images

Hi - are fp16 safe tensors available? I am converting to coreml using apple ml_stable_diffusion coreml conversion tools and it expects variant=fp16.
Also, what image sizes does this support? the torch2coreml tool generates models for 512x512 only.
I am new to this so you help is appreciated.

this is 2gb, so it should be fp16 already.
