Trojan warning after downloading the model - apparent false positive?

Hi!
After downloading the model, Windows Defender alerted me of an apparent trojan called "Wacatac.B!ml".
I don't think that this is supposed to happen. Can please someone try to confirm this rather weird behavior?
My Windows build version: 10.0.22621 Build 22621
it's windows defender being stupid.
