We intend to use HyenaDNA for cancer diagnosis, based-on individual Genome analysis. Could anybody provide starter hints & tips?

- What will be the inputs for your "system"?
"Will you be providing a sequence then have they system infer the risk of cancer" - What will be the outputs
- How do you intend to fine-tune the model for this task?, "do you have cancer sequenced and labelled cells or will you rely on known cancer gene expressions"
