This is the Raiden Shogun concept taught to Stable Diffusion via Textual Inversion. You can load this concept into a Stable Diffusion fork such as this repo (Instructions here).
You can invoke the concept with the keyword raiden_ei. Note that this should be used in conjunction with the Waifu-Diffusion model.
