Go to the "Files and Versions" tab under the name on this page, then click on the latest version of the .ckpt file, and then click download on the next page. Then put that file in the "YOUR STABLE DIFFUSION DIRECTORY\models" or "YOUR STABLE DIFFUSION DIRECTORY\models\Stable-diffusion" and rename it to model.ckpt if the software fails to see it the fist time.

Thanks, renamed it to sd-v1-4 and it works fine.
