How to train my own image dataset with the .ckpt file?

Hello, I want to use the .ckpt file as the weight to train my radiology dataset. Just like the transfer learning in Imagenet. So that when I type in the tumor in the brain, it can show a similar photo. Is this possible? Thank you so much for your help!
