Error while trying to download the pertained weights

I am trying to run google's cross attention control using stable diffusion (https://github.com/google/prompt-to-prompt), but when I try to download the weights I am getting this error which I previously did not encounter.

I had the issue. I updated the version of the diffusers to 0.8.0 instead of 0.3.0 and it works now.
Even after restarting the runtime and updating the diffusers version to 0.8.0 doesn't solve the problem :(
