Is there a .ckpt file for this?

I'm fairly new to this whole thing and was told about a .ckpt file I could find here to be able to run the software locally using my ram instead of using it through a browser.
Any help would be appreciated.

Accept the terms here https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original, then go to https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original/tree/main to download the .ckpt.
If you want to run it on your own machine, https://github.com/razzorblade/stable-diffusion-gui might be a bit easier.
but there is no terms to accept
ckpt file will be available under "Model Card" section
I wonder why the -original vs no -original differentiation.
