I would like to have access permission for sd-v1-4.ckpt.
Just come to the https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original, read the license and if you agree, accept it. Once you do it the download link will then work

i can't personally see the license or where to accept it?
Hey there! You can access the models directly in https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original once you accept the license. No need to request it. The links are in the "Download the weights" section.
