Was this model trained on multi-turn conversation or QA in any way?
And if it was, is there a text template to use for prompting in this use case?
No, this is an IFT model but has not been optimized for chat and so wouldn't be responsive to multi-turn conversation. You can see more details about how it was trained here: https://arxiv.org/abs/2402.07827.
