Does this work with Deforum in Auto 1111?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I really don't seem to understand how compatibility with all these models and controlnets works when it comes to using them in webui's like Auto 1111. But would this controlnet work in Deforum with Auto 1111? If so, do I just put the safetensors file into the Auto 1111 controlnet model directory by itself and voila? Do I need to also put that config.json file in that directory as well? Would I need to rename it to the same as the model file? etc. etc.
