Missing pytorch_model.bin file?

once deployed on AWS sagemaker, it said "Missing pytorch_model.bin file"
Error no file named pytorch_model.bin, tf_model.h5, model.ckpt.index or flax_model.msgpack found in directory /opt/ml/model.
BAAI/bge-reranker-v2-m3 does not appear to have a file named pytorch_model.bin, tf_model.h5, model.ckpt or flax_model.msgpack.
