【Authorship】

Mandatory attribution: You must explicitly credit [ArtShumov/NeoNi] in all public uses.

【Online Generation】

• ✔️ SeaArt Online Generation

⟣ 🚫 Strictly Prohibited! ⟢

【Platform Restrictions】

• ❌ Banned on CivitAI: Any use of this model/LoRA (including derivatives) on CivitAI.

• ❌ No training: Cannot be used as a base for online training on listed platforms and unlisted platforms.

【Distribution & Modifications】

• ❌ Redistribution, selling, or merging the model/LoRA with other checkpoints.

• ❌ Splitting/remixing weights, changing merge permissions.

【Local/Home Use】

• 🔄 Downloading the model for offline/local generation is not included.

• 🔝 These models cannot be downloaded from HF, they are used for internal testing by a limited number of people selected personally by the author.

⚠️These models are publicly visible only to the testing people mentioned above.
