Anything v4 /4.5 VAE
Hey there,
v4 has a VAE uploaded, but 4.5 has not.
Does this imply we can use 4.0 VAE or will a 4.5 VAE be uploaded soon-ish?
Or would it generally be recommended to just wait for v5 (if it's close to release)?
Hey @CuNickel , from what I can tell, this is a preservation of the Anything models, as the original upload of V3 (which was legit) was pulled down by the uploader, and Anything v4/4.5 are troll mixes (see https://huggingface.co/andite/anything-v4.0/discussions/28#63cfe10ec85f64d616d6d122) heavily leaning on AbyssOrangeMix2 (see https://huggingface.co/WarriorMama777/OrangeMixs).
The name (v5) is not a troll attempt, but is using the name recognition to get visibility, as many people don't seem to look past the name and think higher versions are better.
As for the VAE, they should all be the same.
