Qwen 2.5 3B Instruct is used as a base model for this VLM as per your documentation. This model comes with custom qwen_research license and as such your Ivy-VL probably shouldn't be published with more permissive apache-2.0 as qwen_research license isn't compatible with apache-2.0.
