注意：删除了 `.env` 文件改用 `.env.example` 代替，如果是手动部署的同学现在需要手动创建 `.env` 文件并从 `.env.example` 中复制需要的变量，并且 `.env` 文件现在会在 `Git` 提交中被忽略，原因如下：

- 在项目中添加 `.env` 从一开始就是个错误的示范
- 如果是 `Fork` 项目进行修改测试总是会被 `Git` 修改提示给打扰
