Loras not working?

Loras are not working for me. I've gone to both the extra tab and the pull-down menu and the loras I've downloaded on the civitai browser don't show up, it just says error. Any tips?
I made this StableDiffusion specifically for using the Omnilver API, not for normal use.
Well I think normal use would actually be a great idea, but okay.
Not work... the problem occurs with both the clone and the originals: if you try to click on Generate, Connection Error appears and if I reload the page, Preparing Space appears.
