When to use dictionary/list, numpy, panda?
Simple to least simple -->
reasons to start using numpy:
1. data is 2-dimensional or higher
2. need to perform a bunch of numerical calculations

reasons to start using panda:
1. need to merge multiple data sets with each other / do reshaping of data
2. need to import/export data to specific file format like Excel, HDF5 or SQL
