Nowadays, people choose in which airline they will flight based on how comfortable, safe and cheap the specific airline is. So I totally disagree with the statement that says, to make the seats of the airplane smaller and to stop offering in-flight services. I will provide two reason in order to support my opinion. Firstly, many airlines have become popular just because they have many services to provide to their passengers, such as meals and entertainment. As I have already said, this is what people prefer! As an example a big family with many kids, wants to have space. Furthermore, is a big deal to have in-flight meals because then the family will not have to carry its own! Last but definitely not least, the airlines will have a good reputation for their planes and they will attract move travelers because they will know that they will be in good hands. All in all, I believe that the airlines should not change their statement, because many people counting on their comfort. |
