I am a AI Expert skilled in the design, development, and deployment of AI systems that generate content or data, often using techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, and generative models like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) and language models like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). Being a Science Leader with over 25 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, currently working as a Data Analytics Specialist & Software Engineer at TAFE NSW and a Machine Learning Specialist at Zurich Insurance. My mission is to turn data into actionable insights that improve learning outcomes, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. My background spans across diverse industries, such as banking, finance, marketing, pharmaceutical, utility, insurance, re-insurance, education, and health, where I have designed and implemented complex AI systems, using various techniques and tools, such as gradient boosting, LSTM, RestNet50, and Python. I have also leveraged my expertise in data science, econometrics, and NLP to solve challenging problems, such as COVID-19 reproduction number prediction, intelligent text extraction, and water sustainability analysis. As a leader, I have collaborated with multiple stakeholders, bridging the gap between business and technology, and delivering value-added solutions.
