Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or entity ("User") to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Kyro AI Model ("Kyro"), provided that such use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Attribution Requirement
Any use of Kyro must include clear and visible attribution to Open-Neo. This includes but is not limited to:
- Mentioning "Powered by Kyro, developed by Open-Neo" in any public-facing product, research, or commercial use.
- Including a link to the official Open-Neo website or repository when applicable.
- Proper citation in academic papers or research publications using Kyro.
Failure to provide attribution constitutes a violation of this license.
3. Permitted Uses
Users are allowed to:
- Deploy Kyro for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
- Modify and build upon Kyro, provided attribution remains intact.

4. Restrictions
