e621-rising-v3-epoch-34.fp16 checkpoint doesn't work with AUTOMATIC1111 WebUI

AUTOMATIC1111 WebUI 1.7, clean installation, no extensions. Started with
./webui.sh --xformers
Generating images with this checkpoint:
https://huggingface.co/hearmeneigh/e621-rising-v3-safetensors/resolve/main/e621-rising-v3-epoch-34.fp16.safetensors
produces just random noise:
any sampler, any CFG Scale (from 4 to 10), tried 1024x1024 and 1080x1080 resolutions, results were the same.
Any other SDXL model, for example this:
https://civitai.com/models/185755
works smoothly and produces good images without any troubles.
This is caused by a bug in WebUI, tracked here:
https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/issues/14386
You can fix the issue by loading the 'official' SDXL model first, then loading the E621 Rising model.
