Stampy should provide the best information to help them learn about the AI alignment problem, and find all the information needed to start working on it.

Stampy should further guide beginners towards information they need, directing them to the right part of the ecosystem for their need, and helping them choose better personal path in face of a large and complex strategic landscape.
