Sechenov University

First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) is the oldest, largest and leading Russian medical university. Sechenov University was founded in 1758. Since 1955 it has been named after the outstanding Russian physiologist Ivan Mikhailovich Sechenov.

More than 17 thousand students from Russia and other countries study at the university. They receive training in full-time, evening and correspondence forms of education, including those with elements of distance education.
