The creation of RESPutin chatbot 2.0, based on the OG RESPutin. This bot will attempt to create an RESP Genius for the Registered Education Savings Plan, a financial services tax sheltered scheme in Canada. It will attempt to understand all the rules and understand how to read interface transaction standards.
