A fine-tuned model based on'gumgo91/IUPAC_BERT'for Blood brain barrier permeability prediction based on IUPAC string. There are also BiLSTM models available as well as these two models in 'https://github.com/mephisto121/BBBNLP if you want to check them all and check the codes too.
