This application was developed as part of a student project for a Deep Learning course at Hertie School of Governance Berlin. Our tutorial showcases the development of Retrieval Augmeneted Generation with Citations (RAG+C) for government. As an illustrative use case, we developed a chat bot which can answer questions on the US Federal Acquisition Regulation and deployed the model as a Conversation User Interface (CUI) in this HF Space. All models used are open-source. Have fun!
