set the maximum value of Top p parameter to 1

My understanding was that the API was using the arguments for the generations defined [here](https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/main/en/main_classes/text_generation#transformers.generation_utils.GenerationMixin.generate.inputs), if this is the case, shouldn't the maximum value of top_p be 1?
