AMRA Studies demo

AMRA Studies demo contains the functionality to utilize LLM and cofounder heuristic knowledge to process one or multiple studies and return the results in a structured format.

It was deployed in huggingface spaces and can be accessed through here: https://amra-ai.com

Introduction

In medical device industry, process of clinical studies is a crucial step to get validation of the product. The process is very time consuming and requires a lot of manual work. The goal of this project is to automate the process of clinical studies by utilizing LLM and cofounder heuristic knowledge.

To host the demo locally

1. Clone the repo
2. Install the requirements

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Run the app.py file

python app.py

To use the demo

1. Log into https://amra-ai.com
2. Select the studies from the sidebar
3. Upload the study file
4. Click on the "Add" button
