+Welcome to the PurrGPT Community! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of models, datasets, and other materials ("Models") developed and released by the PurrGPT Community organization on Hugging Face and other platforms.

+## 1. About PurrGPT Community
+
+PurrGPT Community is an unofficial, open-source, community-based organization built around [PurrGPT](https://purrgpt.xyz/), a website created by Funicat. The open-source aspect of PurrGPT is managed and maintained by the PurrGPT Community. We are not an official organization established by Funicat.
+
+## 2. Acceptance of Terms
+
+By downloading, using, modifying, or distributing any Models released by PurrGPT Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Models.
+
+## 3. License and Usage Rights
+
+All Models released by PurrGPT Community are distributed under their respective open-source licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT, or as specified in each Model's documentation). You must comply with the specific license terms provided with each Model.
