Hariprasad Bantwal
born on August 3, 1978, from India, is employed by Avaloq Evolution AG on a full-time basis of 100% since January 1,
2020.
In his role as a Project Manager for the Adliswil Exit and in Strategic Change and Transformation (SCT), Mr
Bantwal is responsible for the following duties:
 Led the introduction of Agile Practices in Avaloq Sourcing Switzerland Limited, in the SDDC 2.0/3.0 programs
 Leading the solution design and migration strategy stream of the Adliswil Move program, with accountability to
move workload of 25 banks and common services to new data center with crew of 8 PDs involving architects
and engineers
 Successfully led the Identity Access Management project from scoping to realization. The initiative was
launched to close the audit points raised by a major bank and dealt with managing the integration of 20+
application to a new identity access management tool of Avaloq.
 Managed the technical infrastructure stream during the set up of the new legal entity Avaloq India Private
Limited, by successfully commissioning the technical infrastructure involving the network team, facility team
and the business owners in Singapore and Switzerland
 Architecturally assisted in migration of Avaloq Sandbox to AWS and setting up the support from the service
center in Pune.
 Chief Co-Ordinator of the stream for engaging external resources, interview, selection negotiation with vendor
and finalization of the contract, SPOC with Procurement
Mr Bantwal possesses proven expertise and extensive experience in his area of responsibility. When applying newly
acquired knowledge, he is both prompt and methodical. In terms of quality and scope, he often surpasses the
specifications. We are exceedingly satisfied with his performance.
Mr Bantwal shows outstanding initiative and remarkable commitment. In the event of change within the organisation, he
takes an open approach and is prepared to explore new paths. When faced with challenging situations, he adapts easily
to circumstantial changes and remains commendably calm and assured. It is important to him to align his outlook and
his actions systematically with the goals of the entire company.
Mr Bantwal communicates in a timely, sincere and comprehensive manner, paying due attention to the various interests
of his addressees, their need for information and their situation. He supports the team, presents his ideas in a compelling
manner and takes an active part in discussions. His conduct towards supervisors and colleagues is impeccable and very
considerate.
This interim reference has been prompted by a change of superior. We thank Mr Bantwal for his contribution and wish
