I highly recommend Hariprasad Bantwal as a candidate for employment. I have
known Hari for the past two years while he has worked as an Systems Engi-
neer/Analyst in the IT Department. I have been consistently impressed by both Hari's
attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. His interpersonal and
communication skills have allowed him to develop productive working relationships
with all departments in the company. Hari has the listening and interviewing skills
necessary to extract information from business teams while developing new solutions
for them. Hari produces a high volume of work while maintaining high standards for
quality and accuracy.
During his tenure, Hari was responsible for the Back End Applications of the organi-
zation. His job included providing and assisting end to end solution from Require-
ment gathering, Architecture. High Level /Low Level Design and Implementation of
the business solutions of Account Payable and Account Receivables Business Ser-
vices to various clients which includes Fortune 500 Banks, Suppliers and Buyers.
Hari took the initiatives to bring in standard architecture, tools, standards and ap-
proach which helped the projects to be completed in timely manner with scope for

On the technical side, Hari is and expert Java Professional. He keeps himself updat-
ed with new technologies and initiatives in this field, and showcases the use of these
to our needs. His prior experience in handling financial messages came in very
handy for the project to come out with the flexible and scalable SOA architecture. He
was also instrumental in bringing cutting edge technologies like EJB3, JPA, ESB and
Spring to our project fold.
