This is to certify that Mr. Hariprasad Bantwal was working with Wipro Technologies from
17/05/2004 to 12/09/2008.
The designation held by him at the time of leaving was Technical Lead.
His brief experience summary during the stay with the organization is given below:
i) Hari was working for some of the big Finance and Banking customers based from Switzerland
and USA.
ii) His area of expertise is Payments domain in Private Banking arena involving Payments
Processing, SIC, SWIFT SEPA Message processing.
iii) He was responsible for Requirements gathering, High Level design, Low Level Design and
development of essential frameworks for the application.
iv) Hari was Onsite Coordinator equivalent to Project Lead (Onsite) for the major migration
project which migrated all the Payments applications to new J2EE platform.
v) He was involved in Project Estimation, Project Monitoring, and Status Reporting to clients,
Escalation handling and Onsite-Offshore co-ordination. He was appreciated for his on time
delivery.
vi) Hari later went on to held the Portfolio manager role for the Complete Payment Domain,
which has Payments Development Team, Payments Testing Team and others. In this role he
was managing a team of approximately 20 people.
vii) Hari is technically strong and his key skills are Java, J2EE, EJB, Struts, XML, XSLT, Web
logic, Oracle, JMS, CORBA, JavaScript and UNIX.
During this tenure we found his performance and conduct to be satisfactory. We wish
Mr. Hariprasad Bantwal the very best in future endeavors.
